2022 brought with it many opportunities to connect across Northern New Mexico: the traveling Challenge Tomorrow experience helped the Laboratory expand its educational outreach; the region collaborated to help combat the Cerro Pelado fire; Los Alamos served in a starring role in the soon-to-be-released “Oppenheimer” film.
“We continue to be grateful for the support of our neighbors and the chance to work, live and grow as a community,” said Kathy Keith, director of the Lab’s Community Partnerships Office. “We look forward to finding more ways to support the region in 2023.”
