Taos Run
The Up & Over 10k trail run takes place at Taos Ski Valley August 3.

July 26: Film industry meet-up
The City of Santa Fe Office of Economic Development and the Santa Fe Film Office are hosting this meet-up at Violet Crown Cinema to connect the "above-the-line" community within the local film industry. RSVP required.

August 3-4: Taos Ski Valley 10k
Challenge yourself with the Up & Over 10k trail run at Taos Ski Valley. The weekend also includes a vertical 1k run up what is a black diamond ski run in winter. Kids’ runs are also on offer.

August 5: Nonprofit leadership happy hour
Meet other nonprofit leaders at this casual get-together at Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op in Los Alamos, hosted by the Los Alamos Community Foundation.

August 7: Fundraising with nonprofit boards
The Harwood Museum of Art in Taos is the venue for this workshop from the Santa Fe and Taos Community Foundations on how nonprofits can help their board members in the fundraising process.

August 14-17: San Miguel/Mora County Fair
Come celebrate 50 years of the San Miguel/Mora County Fair in Montezuma, for a range of events including livestock contests, mud volleyball and vintage tractors. 

August 15: Feria Southside 
Head to Santa Fe for this free event with more than 50 Southside vendors, live music, business resources, family games and activities.

August 15: Deadline for Tribal Economic Diversity Fund applications
RDC‘s Tribal Economic Diversity Fund awards businesses owned by a federally recognized Indian tribe or by an enrolled member(s) of a federally recognized Indian tribe for critical technical services and equipment, up to a value of $8,000. The deadline for applications is August 15, and there is an online information session July 23.

August 16-18: Pathways indigenous arts festival
Buffalo Thunder Resort hosts this Native art market presented by the Poeh Cultural Center. Indigenous artists will be showcasing their work along with demonstrations, panel discussions and film screenings.
