Sure, we like Valentine’s Day well enough, but our favorite February celebration is definitely Engineers Week! Created by DiscoverE to increase awareness and excitement about engineering, Engineers Week is a perfect time to have fun with STEM. We’re marking the occasion with nifty new engineering toys in Tech Lab, the museum’s activity space.
Visitors of all ages can create their own engineering masterpieces with Imagination Playground’s buildable blue blocks. The multishaped blocks will delight and inspire even the littlest engineers — but grown-ups can enjoy them, too. This is a hands-on activity that the entire family can do together. Make a small structure, big system or whatever gets your creative gears turning. What will you engineer?
