The White Rock Visitor Center in White Rock, NM, has a display of Trinity test artifacts from the Bradbury Science Museum’s collections on view through July. “A Look Back at Trinity” includes notable items from the world’s first nuclear test, conducted on July 16, 1945.

Visitors can see items like a Graflex speed graphic camera used to photograph the test, welding goggles worn to protect the test observers’ eyes, and a lead brick found near Ground Zero and warped by the explosion.
